Googlenium is a startup project aiming at (among many other things) research and promotion of NFE (Non-Fungible Events) - events that are recorded on the blockchain as smart contracts and thus may be uniquely identified and verified.

Being identified and verified, events can be evaluated and may carry certain value measured in crypto tokens. Event smart contracts may be owned and traded but never compromised since any modification can be easily verified using event's snapshot on the blockchain.

Blockchain registered Non-Fungible Events may be referenced in stories based on them, validating the stories themselves. EON tokens can be used to evaluate event significance by creating an incentive for the witnesses to confirm or record their impressions of the event.
